Old Native American Indian multi-stone inlay Sterling silver mosaic butterfly pendant or pin / brooch, signed L LEEKELA ZUNI N.M. by the artist. This colorful, vintage piece showcases a beautiful mosaic flush-inlaid with mother of pearl, turquoise, coral, and jet/onyx. The butterfly's antennas were crafted with heavy-gauge silver, and wings are adorned with silver raindrops and coils all around, very well-constructed. This lovely pendant / pin weighs approximately 26.5 grams, it's 2 1/...4" tall by 2 1/2" wide from wing tip to wing tip. The bale is roughly 1/8" in diameter. Superb stones, shells, and craftsmanship.
