A VERY RARE CASED SET OF SILVER ENAMELLED SPOONS BY TURNER AND SIMPSON 1948This is a very rare cased set of Silver enamelled spoons by Turner and Simpson of Birmingham and dates from 1948.The set of 6 Silver spoons are in their original presentation case. Each spoon measures 3 5/8" long and weighs 8.7g. All are hallmarked "T&S, Anchor and Lion mark for Birmingham Assay office, the Year mark Y for 1948 and Stirling England.Each spoon is enameled with a Blue Daisy flower with Yellow ...centre backed by Green and White detail. The spoons are in very good  condition. There is minor enamel loss to a couple of the spoons.A super and rare set.
