The photograph is a portrait of a member of the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) and shows him from the shoulders up. He is wearing a GAR coat with his GAR badge proudly displayed on the breast of the coat. The image is clear and crisp. Photographer information is along the bottom and reads "J.M. Terreforte 364 &366 Bedford Avenue Brooklyn." There are no markings on t...he photograph to identify the individual in the photograph. This interesting photograph would make a great addition to any antique photograph or military/Civil War memorabilia collection!
Light fading is beginning to occur from age. There is a piece of tape attached to the lower right corner of the card and a small stain is near the upper left corner of the photograph. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
