This is a c. 1950s brilliant pin-up print by one of my favorite late period calendar illustrators, Bill Layne, a one-time Disney Illustrator. This is a large, wonderfully preserved image with vivid color and smooth surface. titled "SUN TAN". This item was photographed in a protective sleeve, which causes a slight reflection in some of the images, which do not show in person. This is a rarely seen this image or a version of this pin-up print A young brunette with exotic feat...ures and a subtle patriotic Red White & Blue liberty theme attempts to navigate a late afternoon nude sun worship session. Her little puppy is getting her up to speed on some nudist friendly sun literature in this classic voyeur pin-up peek.Measures approximately 12" x 16 1/2"CONDITION: Fine condition with minor small staple holes in top margin (maybe where attached to calendar) and tiny scattered flecks to old paper. A very nice example sure to please.
