An original World War Two letter including the cover written to Colonel Joe Cottrell who was a P.O.W. It was sent by his wife. The cover has the send to address of Fort Mills Philippine Islands which was in Corregidor. The cover has a stamp that says, Returned To Sender Service Suspended. It is dated March 19, 1942. In one area she says, ......I am so happy that I am about to burst, for I received a letter fro...m you.............I then rushed down to.....church to take Communion and Thank God for your safety.........
