Southwestern Native American Turquoise Coral Sterling Silver Ketoh Bow Guard

HUGE Southwestern Native American Indian turquoise, coral, Sterling silver ketoh or bow guard, unmarked, but most likely Navajo. This colossal ketoh showcases 6 vibrant polished turquoise cabochons, and 5 orange-red corals. Stones are set in well-constructed smooth bezels and mainly distributed vertically in the center of the cuff, with two of the turquoise stones adorning the sides. The stones sit on a heavy gauge sheet of silver nicely cut in the shape of Native American symbols, wit...h raindrops in the center and around the stones placed on the top, bottom, and sides. The largest turquoise stone measures about 7/8" in height, by 1 3/16" wide. The larger coral is approximately 3/16" tall by 1 1/16" wide. The silver sheet is 5" tall by 3 7/16" wide. The leather cuff has two large buckles for clasp, and it's 5 13/16" tall at its tallest point, and measures approximately 7" around the inside, end to end, on the first hole, and 8 1/2" on the last hole. This piece weighs 292.3 grams!! The Sterling silver sheet and stones are in excellent condition. The cuff shows some signs of wear on the tallest point, as well as some marks on the leather, all normal wear considering this is a preowned piece, but remains in great condition, no rips or tears. The leather has been antiqued.
