Available for purchase is a very rare, vintage 1935 Selmer Radio Improved Alto Sax. Professionally and meticulously re-lacqured and completely overhauled. These horns were only manufactured for 2 years (1934-1935)  Serial number 20628. These horns were conceived especially for radio orchestras.The improvement mainly in the intonation of the instrument.The "Radio Improved" was made just before the Balanced Action series and is said that only 2000 were ever made making it a very rar...e horn. A very unique instrument indeed!!!
