This is a rarely seen collectable “Dunlop Golf Hole in One Souvenir” cup. It was made by the famous silversmithing company, Elkington and Co. Along with their maker’s initials it is hallmarked Birmingham 1930. About the size of an eggcup; it has a round trophy cup shape with low domed base, short stem, and rounded bowl. It has a pair of crossed golf cubs to the front and a raised legend to the rim that reads “Dunlop Golf Hole in One Souvenir”. It will make a great gift for a... golfer aspiring to make the elusive shot or for one who has already succeeded and has kept the lucky ball.It is in very good near antique condition with light wear and a couple of small insignificant impact dimples to the bowl’s side, no further damage, or faults to report.
