There is NO RESERVE on this stunning and rare Art Deco Flapper Girl "Harlequin" clown figurine powder box or jar from San Francisco Estate. Made in Germany. Circa 1920's. She is absolutely exquisite! This wonderful deco lady has black hair w 3 curls, dark eyes, red lips, and rosy cheeks. She is wearing a 1920's hat and harlequin clown dress. The overall measurement is 6" tall and 5" wide. This cool deco lady is made of a porcelain type material... with a satin gloss finish. The colors are brilliant - orangey red, black, gold, and white. This beautiful deco piece is signed with manufacture mark, but we can't read it. See picture. She is also mark with number "S0959" on the bottom. See picture. We were told that she came from Germany according to the estate. The condition is amazingly very good except for a chip on the rim of the bottom piece, normal crazing, and some paint loss. See pictures. There are no other chips, breaks, or repairs. Overall, she is in very good condition considering she is about 100 years old. The estimated value was $225.00 according to the estate, because of her rarity and uniqueness.This fabulous deco lady powder box came from an estate in San Francisco, and is vintage. She has a great deco look - very charming and unique. Pictures don't do her justice. She is truly a quality piece, and would make a wonderful addition to someone's collection. Buyer pays shipping.
