"Dec. 1910", "Winter 1910", "29 vessels, Star of Scotland not here".Those are some of the pencil writings on the backs of these 5" x 7"photos. They were taken in San Francisco Bay, probably Alameda, based on postcards from this collection. The only ship that can beidentified is the "Tacoma", the close-up shot that shows majordamage to the bow. Condition is very good on all photos.
