Available in this listing offering is a lot of three (3) petrified wood round limbs originating from the Bruneau Woodpile near Bruneau Idaho! All three limbs show natural exterior and termination; there are no cuts or alterations of the wood. Hence, they are all in the same condition as when they were first found. I can see a few other fossils attached to the exterior of at least one limb including a fish bone and clam shell fragments. There are manganese oxide dendritic plumes that ha...ve grown across the radial face that was only possible to exist as the result of a fracture millions of years ago. Together, all three round limbs weigh 1 pound 4.5 ounces and they measure up to 35mm wide and 186mm long. This petrification is a calcium-phosphate product and the detail of the wood is perfectly preserved! All photographs taken while the three round limbs were wet excluding the first two photographs which show the rounds while dry. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases as long as the specimens can be packaged in a manner that minimizes the potential for damage.
