Vintage 1956 PHINNEY-WALKER Evans Table Lighter With Clock Alarm. Condition is "Used". The Everything on the clock is working except it must be wound too tight. I have set the hands and tried the alarm. All ok. The lighter mechanism does work and it sparks. There is a little wear mostly at the top of the handle.
