Here we have a fun project for someone. Its a 1957 Gibson L5 CES that someone had stripped down to refin into a natural? It has a really nice flamed maple neck as well as flamed maple back and sides. A clean spruce top. Frets show minor wear but there is plenty of fret of fret left and they actually look like they could be the original frets. the plastic tangs are still in place on the binding so they could be original. There are no cracks or repairs to the guitar. Its definitely... solid and worthy of a rebuild. There are in the 10k and more range so for a fraction of that and a little tlc you could have a gorgeous 57 L5 in the stable!
