Stamped for authenticity on the back. Made in the USA, 1960s. Wood frame extends approximately 2 1/4 from the wall.

Witco/Wilrongo Ship/Galleon hanging piece of wall art. It is chainsaw-cut wood on painted black canvas. Witco was founded by William Westenhaver in Mount Vernon, Washington in 1959 and operated for 20 years. Elvis even chose Witco to decorate his jungle room at Graceland. This piece is signed WILRONGO, which is an acronym of the first syllables of the three designers, WILliam Westernhaver, RONald Hovde, and GOrdon Robb.
