You are bidding on a cast sterling olive (?) form / figural dish from the aesthetic period of American silver. The dish is marked for Gorham, pattern number 515, and the date symbol for 1886. The dish is in very good condition with a beautiful patina / color on the leaves (much nicer than the picutres show). The entire surface is mottled to mimic fruit skin. It measures 6 inches long, and weighs 4.8 troy ounces. There are no monograms or removals. We typically do not polish our silver... items since the amount of oxidation and shine is a personal preference – the item will need to be cleaned. Will sell with no reserve.
