Here we have a vintage, Mid-Century Modern Wave Chair Rocker. I know Adrian Pearsall designed a VERY similar Wave Chair Rocker, so I'm not 100% sure this is a Pearsall design or a knock-off. I believe the base wood is oak instead of walnut, so it may not be Pearsall as I believe he used walnut for his bases.
In any case, this is an EXTREMELY comfortable piece of furniture. I just lay down in it and the upholstery is a plush, velvety velour-type material. The foam is very thick... and firm and the shape of the chair conforms beautifully to the human form.
Condition: I'm calling the condition very good. There is some fraying of the fabric on one corner. The oak base also has some scarring.
This is a very solid, very well made piece of furniture.
