Lawsuit era 1978 Takamine EF360s acoustic/electric Martin D-28 copy with case. This guitar is in excellent + condition except for the 42 year old pick-up which does not function. It has just one very small 2 mm ding on the upper right bout, and a very few lite scratches on the pic guard. It has it's production date, Oct. 26, 1978, imprinted inside the sound hole on one of the top braces. The wiring looks good; i've added a new 9v battery, but I used it only as a...n acoustic and that was ok with me as these are not so easy to find. It has a nice set up: top of 12th fret to bottom of the low E is just under 3/16 in, almost 1/8th in. Straight neck, and very playable. It's been stored for a year so I'll add a fresh set of 12s with it. The guitar comes in a Martin case which is in excellent condition.
