This is a very simple, but nicely shaped and smoothed, 3 lb., petrified wood, sculptured rock art (anthropoidal imaged) multi tool. Exotically sculpted, this beauty has various images that define the craftsmanship and art of early North American inhabitants. A great piece with lots of interesting shapes and images. Found "as is" in the Columbia River Gorge near Troutdale, Oregon. (More images than allowable pictures provide.)
