Original Description:
This trephine is in the same condition that I got it in. (Brass & Steel) Very fine condition. Does have some faint scratches but still shines nicely. It has a retractable tip adjusted with a perfectly working thumbscrew. The drill is tight and sharp, with a nice taper. Measures approx. 9” tall.Bit measures Apptox. 1/2" diameter. I’ve seen other examples that have damage to the handle or are missing teeth. This Trephine has all of it’s teeth and a perfectly intact handle with ...a smooth patina. A truly fine instrument perfect for the collector!Please view photos.
