WELCOME TO MY AUCTION!
We have traveled for many years to all parts of France. My collection of antique & vintage textiles have become rather large.Now to down size my collection to release space in my linen cupboard for my most used textiles.Many of these wonderful textiles: *Lace *Crochet *Toile *Ticking *Filet Panels *Tambour Laceare in lovely "cared for" condition. circa early 1900's
FEATURING:lovely original antique French quality textile...
Constructed from 100% medium weight cotton textile in a white colour.Traditional Victorian design which is full length with long sleeves.
Featuring beautiful floral broderie anglais to the front bodice.The lower bodice has a lovely open worked broderie panel.The front opening jour has a satin bow tie to the openwork broderie anglais panel.Also featuring broderie anglais & delicate lacework to the neck line and to the cuffs.The gorgeous textile falls beautifully to the hemline, giving a flowing fullness.The back of the night shirt also has the broderie anglais panel which continues from around the front, at the lower bodice.
A delightful quality full length cotton shirt which was worn in the Victorian times as night shirts against the cold nights.
