Here for auction is a nice vintage McDonald T Hat Standard +, also marked Mine Safety Appliances Co. Has the Justrite carbon lamp attached to the front as shown. The hat is quite nice with very little in the way of any dings. The lamp is as shown and has not been tested. The inside of the helmet has an adjustable headband as shown but a bit of the stitching has come away from the plastic band. Measuring the outer rim of the helmet I read approx 12.5 x 10.75". Pretty great miners helmet...... I offer this as found and as shown and have donemy best to describe it.
