For your consideration, a lovely antique archaistic bronze vase with a Taotie face decor and patinated murashido finish, likely early 20th century Japanese. The vase is in overall good condition with mild wear. Some mild scratching, small shallow dent, and tape residue to the foot are noted in photos. The vase has been lined in some black rubber like substance, I assume to protect it from water for use in floral arranging, and the in...terior smells of old perfume. I have cleaned the vase out but the smell remains.
Measures 11.75 inches in height and 4 inches in diameter.
