Antique Vintage Child's Toy Graniteware Enamelware Double Handled Sugar Bowl or Pot with lid. Enamel Paint DesignVery good condition. There are no rust holes, chips or cracks. The gold trim paint around the handles are fading at spot (see photo 11 & 12). Also below the one handle is a small pin head size hole but it does not go through to the inside of the pot (see photo 11). It is a cream color with red and grey enamel paint design and gold trim accent paint. Measures 2 3/4" ...tall (to top of knob on lid) x 3 1/2" from handle to handle x 2 1/4" wide. Weighs 3.2 ounces (prior to packaging) I found a piece similar in design in the book: Collector's Encyclopedia of Childrens' Dishes by Margaret & Kenn Whitmyer on page 238 I buy most of my pieces at auctions, flea markets & yard sales so I don't know the history of the item. I am not an antique dealer or expert. I describe the item along with any flaws and markings I can find the best I can.
