This is POST US CIVIL WAR SWORD. Made in 1870s. Sword is used but in good condition. Its length without scabbard 36 inches or 91 cm. Length of blade 30, 5 inches or 77 cm. Blade has mark with patriotic style military images( see picture).
Sword has wooden handles with wire. Sword has metal guard with eagle mark and other decoration (see picture) . Sword has original metal scabbard with rings for belt connection, see pi...cture. This sword is not only a weapon, but part o military history. I had made pictures that serve as an additional description.
