DescriptionThis is a great mantel that was salvaged from a Philadelphia Victorian.It is made of oak and is painted.There is a backsplash above the shelf.The legs have fluted pilasters and there is an applied carving on the breast.
It measures 54 inches wide by 54.25 tall and almost 11 deep.The opening is 35.5 inches wide by 35.75 tall.
Overall, it is in fair condition. There are misc. scratches and dings as it is antique. It could use a good cleaning. T...he foot at the bottom of the right pilaster is missing. The applied carving is starting to lift along the bottom. Please look at the pictures carefully. Ref: 12007
