Very nice vintage 1950's original Koken President barber chair head rest. These sometimes get separated from their original chair over the decades as this one did. Overall in good mechanical condition and nice chrome finish. There is of course some some surface rust on the inner bare steel surfaces, some minor spotting on the knurled knob, and random scaling on the ratcheting posts. Padding has no tears and stitching is tight. Paper roll is still attached and probably has a couple feet... left of the thin striped paper on it. I am also including a brand new replacement rubber bumper for the rear bumper tab.
