Shipped with USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.*****Artist skull is only for display used ***** One of most desirable gruesome medical instrument this is my last set sold one in a week. Used in relieving blood that swells up in the skull let it drain out. Hard to find a set or a pair. I wouldn't want the bigger one be used on me. Screws do work can adjust...0; the middle piece. Ring looks it can be adjusted with the right tool but I not oing to try. Great price for two!!!!!

Great gift to yourself or a present to a collector of medical. Don't miss out if you looking for one. Shows used wear and tear from age, might need a cleaning comes as found because of age. A little rust inside the tool and in small spot outside. The large one is just missing a one small screw on the ring that adjust it and keeps in place. Not really anything it still has one to keep in place still works. Can buy screw. Last picture point it out.
