Ornate Antique Cut Steel Embroidery Scissors French * Circa 1900 These fancy steel scissors have delicate yet ornately formed shanks and bows with leafy designs. They have engraved details on both sides. They are completely hand filed and engraved.
The steel is bright with very little discoloration and the condition is excellent. The blades are tight with intact points and they cut very well to the tips. They measure 3 5/8" long and 1 1/2" across the bows.
