For this auction we have a early 1900's Brush McCoy blue Wildflower stoneware advertising rolling pin in very good factory made condition. The rolling pin has advertising on two sides which is not generally common on the wildflower pins. From our research the advertising on the rolling pin is in Ukrainian and American. The advertising pin was made for the immigrant population that settled in the Minersville, Mohanoy and Pottsville areas of Pennsylvania. The Merchant was Michael Boruch ...and he was general store owner in coal region of Pa. in the early 1900's We do not have any wood handles for this pin. The length of the pin is approx. 7 1/4 " and the diameter is approx. 2 1/2". The overall condition is in nice factory made condition with no chips, cracks, stains, lines or restorations. We also do not see any wear or scratches on the pin. There are only the in making factory flaws that consist of glaze pops and glaze separations which we have pictured. Thanks for viewing our auctions and any questions please ask. We like to note that we give free insurance on any item that requires it. We also never charge handling fees.
