This is a greatANTIQUE
DECORATIVEHUNTING HORN
with an
ORNATE SILVER, or SILVER PLATED MOUNT In my estimation it dates from around the mid 19th Century, but please make up your own mind about this. The horn measures approx 11 3/4 inches (300mm) long (measured along the longest points) and is made from real horn (Bovine), with an ornate white metal (Silver or Silver plate) mount around the bell.
It does not play.This lovely hunting horn is in good, antique condition with light wear consistent with its great age, but no damage or repairs.
This is a fine example of its type and it would make a great addition to any collection. Please see the photos for condition and type
