Hardy    " The Hardy - Jock Scott"          Split Cane Spinning  Rod                                                                     &nb...sp;A single section rod, 5' -6" long with two tops (heavy and light) and a detachable handle. Rod number is E40550 and built in 1937.  Built from Palakona cane with agate rings throughout. Complete with trigger, spanner, aluminium tube (cap missing) and bag.In good condition with signs of use and needing a little restoration.  Sections are straight and correct length. Tight joint. Some deterioration of the varnish and end ring to "light" section needs re-fitting. Both sections have delaminated between end ring and ring below.
