(Please note that this may not always be possible during Bank Holiday weekends)Our shipping rates include postage, packaging and handling. Most items will be shipped using MyHermes signed for courier service and are automatically insured for our customer’s peace of mind. As this is a signed for service, please ensure a member of the household is available to sign for the delivery. Please check the condition of your delivery thoroughly before signing. We always obtain proof of posting for all items sent.Items of a significantly high value will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. We will only ship abroad if the Buyer uses the eBay "Global Shipping Programme".Should an item be lost in transit a full refund will be given only when the Courier or Royal Mail declares that the item is lost and issues compensation.
