Vintage Tinplate Clockwork Pecking Sparrow Toy, MS 568, China, EXiB. A tinplate clockwork Pecking Sparrow toy with brown, red and white body with black detail and brown feet, made in China, No. MS 568, probably 1970's, with original box.The bird measures 3.5 inches long by 1.75 wide and 3 inches tall and is in very good to excellent working conditionwith little playwear. When wound the bird vibrates and moves around as if pecking food from the ground, andthe tail moves up and down. Th...e clockwork action works well using the built-in key. Vintage Tinplate Clockwork Pecking Sparrow Toy,

A tinplate clockwork Pecking Sparrow toy with brown, red
and white body with black detail and brown feet, made in
China, No. MS 568, probably 1970's, with original box.
The bird measures 3.5 inches long by 1.75 wide and 3
inches tall and is in very good to excellent working condition
with little playwear. When wound the bird vibrates and
moves around as if pecking food from the ground, and
the tail moves up and down. The clockwork action
works well using the built-in key. Marked on the rear
of one side with “Foreign”, and comes with an
excellent original box, also fully marked.
