Antique No. 4 Universal Bread Maker Dough Pail Mixer 1904 Landers Frary & ClarkThis is a complete Bread Bucket. Makes enough dough for 4 loaves in one session. Recipe is printed on the top, but recipes abound online as well.
I have personally used this exact Bread Bucket to make a batch of dough that produced the 4 loaves you see pictured here (sorry, one got a bit eaten as soon as it came out of the oven).

There is a C-clamp pictured in the "exploded view" that will clamp the bucket to a wooden chair, , table or wide edge of your countertop to hold the bucket while you apply rotational force to the crank (turn the crank - kneading the dough).
