Vintage Madame Alexander POLLY PIGTAILS Doll 17 " But Needs A Little " TLC "

Very nice solid doll, all fingers and toes present, hair uncut, coloring nice, sleep eyes function as they should, all limbs and head tight and wig firmly attached. She does need a little TLC as she was found in a trunk with other 50's era dolls that I purchased at auction. Main problems are some dirty smudges scattered here and there on her limbs and cheeks, these are light and I don't even know if you will notice them in pics, you will notice a few darker marks on her legs and around... her ankles. As I said she was in that trunk with those other dolls and one or more of the dolls had that plastic deterioration smell, don't think it is this one but she did pick up that odor, not over powering but it is there so she will need a bath and hair and clothing freshened up. Her dress is original and tagged, didn't get any real good pics of her flowered straw hat but it is in excellent condition as is her dress. No original shoes or socks and her panties are cotton so I don't know if those would be original. In my opinion if you know how to clean plastic and rid her of the odor you are going to have a most excellent Polly. Thanks for looking and ask any questions that concern you that I failed to cover.
