BRACKET w/ FONT, BURNER, & REFLECTOR
20th CENTURYTHIS IS A GUARANTEED GENUINE VINTAGE BRACKET LAMP COMPLETE WITH FONT, BURNER, AND METAL REFLECTOR. It is a rather small lamp; the font measures about 3.75 inches maximum diameter and is 2.5 inches tall. The reflector is about 4 inches diameter. Raised letters on the bottom of the font are, "PASABAHCE/ISTANBUL, " and the letters "SC" separated by an oval (?) within a diamond. Pasabahce is a well-known Turkish glass manufacturer. The burner would take a chimney about 1 5/8 inch diameter, which means that either a Hornet or Gem chimney should fit, but others may also. The thumbwheel is marked, "LALE/T.M." No chips, cracks, or breaks. If you are dissatisfied with this item, please contact me before you enter a complaint through eBay. Under your mattress? In AIG stock maybe? I'm not smart enough to tell anyone what will and won't appreciate in value, but I do know that a thing of beauty is a joy forever. OK, not literally forever, because none of us will be around on earth that long, so we should store up treasure in heaven (Matthew 6: 19-20). But while doing that, consider what things of beauty we can afford to have around in the here and now, things that we can be stewards of for a time, and then have the joy of passing on to someone else.NO RESERVE!MY PLEDGE TO YOU: no surprises!
