Vintage Bicycle / Motorbike Pump Made In Germany With Leather Case

Please sale is this unusual and possibly rare vintage pump. I think it is most probably a bicycle pump but if not maybe a motorbike pump? It is stamped Made in Germany - Patent 15516. It has a three pull telescopic action.
I don't think the pump would be of any practical use now, so it's being sold as a collectors piece. The adaptor/connector has perished and no longer functional. The case is tatty and doesn't clip together at the top but does still... hold the pump. Please view all photos for detail.
Closed up, the pump measures approx 6.75 inches long (just over 17cm)
