This 3 7/8" tall solid brass souvenir bell was acquired from a family member's estate. It depicts Manneken Pis (Little Pissing Man) a figure atop a fountain in downtown Brussels, Belgium and a well-known symbol of the people of that city.This bell is stamped, "Bruxelles" under the feet of the little boy. Additional figures are impressed around the base of the bell including a pelican, (maybe) a dog, a man and a lion. His penis is a thick brass wire that extends out be...tween his buttocks - odd, but original to the piece.The base of the bell measures 2" in diameter.
