This Antique 1920's Art Deco SIGNED Ostby & Barton 10k Solid Yellow & White Gold ring is set with a Stunning 16x12mm Natural Banded Red Agate Gemstone. Agate is a variety of chalcedony formed from layers of quartz which usually show varicolored bands. It usually occurs as rounded nodules or veins. Tiny quartz crystals form within the stone and add to the beauty and uniqueness of individual stones. Agate with RED/ORANGE bands is considered rare and this agate has a very rare band of white/clear Quartz running down the center. This is all natural Agate that is not color enhanced in any way and is guaranteed as such. This Agate is a Rectangular Cabochon Cut. Cabochon refers to a gemstone that has been shaped and highly polished instead of being faceted. This ring also features Two 1.5mm Natural & Genuine Diamonds expertly bead set in triangular white gold mounts. Both Diamonds have very nice clarity and color.
