Cloth discolored on fore edge of front cover. One-inch-long exposure to inner front hinge. Offsetting from clipping formerly laid in at copyright and adjacent page. Pages toned. A scarce first printing of a book Hill claimed was inspired by a suggestion from Andrew Carnegie.
