Breviarium Romanum - 4 VOLUMES - PUSTET - Leather Catholic Breviaries;
Item History & Price
About this Item: Sumptibus et Typis Friderici Pustet, Ratisbonae, 1952. Leather. Condition: Good+. Latin text. 4 volumes, all bound in full black leather, with gilt lettering to and decorations to spines, a gilt decoration to both front and back cover of each volume, all edges gilt, and largely clean ...and bright marker-ribbons. Three slip cases are present. PREVIOUS OWNER'S NAME STAMPED IN GILT to lower part of each front cover. Some rubbing to decorations on covers, though this isn't terribly offensive. Gilt lettering and decorations to all spines is clear and bright. Edges of pages admit to very minor wear on top and fore-edges, with some heavier wear to bottom edges of pages, though this wear does not detract terribly from the volumes. Just a hint of interior soiling. Minor creases to extremities of just a few pages. Texts are clean. Bindings are sound, and volumes were very well taken care of. An attractive set.
