This is one of my favorite pins, but it never gets worn and it’s time to part with it. The material is an old (probably) celluloid plastic in a beautiful tigers eye coloring. He looks like one of those Japanese Lucky Cats that waves his arm (to me anyway). Rhinestone eyes. Normal scuffs from age. Very Lea Stein like, besides it being only one plastic layer and the details are etched and painted in gold.
