I have been selling amber fossils for over 10 years on eBay and do not sell fake amber only genuine material from now extinct plant sources not glass or plastic embedded with present day inclusions.Burmese (Burmite) amber is difficult to acquire and has been dated to be Cretaceous in age (around 100 million years old) and would have been sticky resin during the time of the dinosaursand is being mined in the Hukawng Valley in Myanmar(Burma).In Dece...mber of 2016, a portion of the tail of a small dinosaur was reported in a piece of burmite amber!In June 2017, a nearly complete, extinct bird was reported in apiece of burmite amber!There have since been other fascinating finds reported includingthat of a frog and a snake in 2018!This is a large, 4.2 gram, fully polished piece of Burmite (Burmese) amber with beautiful resin flow layering that contains a group of 10 flies and a psocopteran insect from the Cretaceous Period. It is fascinating to note that these insects would have been on the Earth at the time of the dinosaurs including Triceratops and Tyrannosaurus rex!Pleasesee my other resin fossils including Dominican amber with inclusions, largeColombian copal with inclusions, and very rare Indonesian ambers (some oflovely blue and green color).The piece itself weighs 4.2 grams with dimensions of 3.2 cm length by 1.9 cm width and 0.85 cm height.
