Original Description:
This Victor widgeon was hunted hard and took a beating. Any balsa wood decoy will quickly show wear when hunted. Animal Trap (Victor) made decoys made of balsa from 1947 to 1952. Widgeon were among the rarest. This bird has well worn original paint with glass eyes. The structure is remarkably good with no cracks. These balsa widgeon are super hard to find. No reserve.
