This piece is from Urban Cummings' personal collection.
The lighter is marked "Whirlwind" on the windshield and also on the bottom. But, we know it is a Pipemaster (we have one other one still in its original box marked Pipemaster). And this one is exactly the same size with the same markings.
It measures 2-3/4"H, 1-5/8" W, 5/8"D.
Only made in England. Not a very common pocket lighter. This one has brown lizard skin.

I don't repair lighters and can only tell you this one does not spark.
