Alfred Hitchcock and the Three (3) Investigators volume #18, "The Mystery of the Shrinking House, " by William Arden, published in 1972 by Random House. Includes illustrations by Jack Hearne. Back cover lists to #16 in the series "The Mystery of the Nervous Lion." Internal list just before the closing endpapers finishes with "Shrinking House." Features the blue "graveyard" endpapers that are firmly attached to the spine (these books are notorious for their weak,... frequently loose binding). No writing anywhere but twice someone has stamped the book with the name of a stone church grotto (?) in Iowa City (see attached photographs). Condition is rated as a solid "Good Plus, " the only drawback being a slight forward slant to the spine. Otherwise the book has strong, vibrant colors on the front, back, and spine and looks very nice overall. NOT an ex-library copy.
