Tent is in good condition for its age. Has some stains and also a few small tears here and there but no significant aging issues. No stickiness or peeling of the coating. No significant fading. Shockcord is still strong. This tent can be used still. 4 season, 2 person tent. It has a snap on the top of the main body for a foam rain fly spacer but that is not included. Comes with the main stuff sack and an older Sierra Designs gear loft but nothing else. No stakes included. Check ou...t my other items!
