This Monogrammed shield was made to customize your Radiator cap. They were included with purchase of the Monogram Junior Motometer unit, they fit right over and pin into the stock design on the Monogram Junior unit.
This letter shield is New Old Stock and comes in its original en...velope. I would call this finish a satin finish.
