Original Description:
A very scarce original pre war Japan celluloid and lithographed tin wind up "SKOOTER" toy which was made by C K Kuramochi. The toy stands approximately 7 1/4" tall and is in working order as toy goes in a circle motion, with ringing bell when wound. Condition - lithographed tin is essentially perfect aside from some attic dust. The boy has made such that one arm and one leg moved when the toy was in motion and the string connecting them has stretched so that they are loose. The boy has... a push to the celluloid at the back of his head but there are no cracks, splits or repairs to the celluloid. This toy is completely fresh to the market from the attic of a old estate.
