This listing is for an antique German Dresden lace porcelain figurine of a beautiful woman seated on a French Provincial settee. She is seated in a poisition that looks away from the viewer. She has her hair swept up off her face and is clutching a yellow rose in her right hand that is brought up under her chin. Her left arm is spread to her side resting on the settee. She is wearing multiple layers of pink and white ruffled lace with flue floral accents. The settee is white with an e...merald green cushion with a yellow tasseled pillow. Her gilt shoes are peaking out from under her dress. The piece measures 6 1/4 inches high and is 6 inches at its widest. It has excellent attention to detail and her face is beautifully painted. Marked on the bottom with the blue Dresden crown mark.The condition of the piece is as follows; there is some very minor chipping to the lace porcelain on her left shoulder and the tassel on the bottom of the pillow is missing. I also see a spot on her lap where the lace is missing. I would estimate 95% of the lace is good with no chipping or breaks. There is also a firing flaw on the bottom of the piece.
